Making absurdly disproportional impact for healthcare innovators.

The Healthcare Innovation Professional Society (HIPS) launched in 2019 to give healthcare leaders a space to share strategies and best practices. To establish credibility fast, HIPS set out to recruit 30 top thought leaders from major institutions as founding members within one year. After a discovery meeting, we determined that direct mail would resonate the most, as digital campaigns tend to not reach high-level professionals.

The four-step outreach journey began with a handwritten letter and wrapped up with a striking 14” x 19” brochure, hand-delivered by courier. The precision of the medical field inspired the sharp, modern visual identity. The organic logo, shaped like a stylized brain synapse, represents the spark of innovation. Every piece was designed to grab attention, reinforce HIPS’ mission, and make leaders feel like they were being invited to be part of something truly groundbreaking.
