BKV, a leader in natural gas production, sought to solidify its brand identity as it transitioned towards net-zero energy solutions. Through our Strategic Guardrails® process, we uncovered what truly sets BKV apart—their unwavering belief in natural gas, strong partnerships, and sustainability. As a result, the rebranding focused on a modern visual system, including a dynamic logo, a signature "photon burst" design element representing energy and molecules, and a unique "dot" icon system for simplified visual communication. The refreshed brand voice emphasizes BKV's commitment to sustainability and its position at the forefront of the evolving energy industry.

BKV Bravos brings company values to life with a fresh, fun identity separate but compatible with BKV’s external branding. We developed animated characters for the values and encouraged participation through peer-to-peer recognition, unique prizes, and multi-channel communication. Monthly e-newsletters introduced the spotlighted value, while social media celebrated nominees. All employees received tally books showcasing the values, and nominees earned challenge coins—with a chance to win the coveted BKV Bravo Award at the campaign’s end. The program inspired and rewarded employees who live out BKV’s values in meaningful ways.
